MACHINE SHOP
Our fully equipped machine shop is geared towards high volume panel production.
At the heart of its lies our Homag B-130 Beamsaw - this accurately sizes panels and labels with all required information for other machining and manufacturing processes.
We then move on to edgebanding - where we can apply matching ABS lipping to our melamine or laminated boards.
Then our 5 axis CNC which is capable of machining complex parts. We route, profile and drill all of our components ready for assembly.
Our machine shop is also able to process solid timber requirements with our Resaw and 4 Sided SCM Planer.

HOMAG P110 CENTATEQ
Once components have been cut to size, they will require further machining. This is where our 5 axis Homag CNC gets to work. A vast array of cutouts, rebates, holes and profiles can be created quickly and accurately.

The B-130 Beamsaw is the heart of the workshop. It can rapidly cut a large volume of material - accurately and efficiently - into components and label them ready to be moved onto our CNC or Edgebander

Our edgebander is capable of putting on 2mm ABS lippings to match any decor. With EVA, PUR and Airtronic capabilities.
